Essentially this saves me time going into the call so we can talk more about your goals and our action plan going into your program!
Once the assessment is complete, I will personally reach out to you by email (no bots or assistants here) to set up your free 1:1 coaching call. We will discuss your life, your struggles, your goals and what you’re looking to achieve with my help! You will understand how I coach, what the process will look like from start to finish, and will know exactly what you will be getting from your 1:1 coaching experience with me.
If we are a good fit and you’re ready to take the next steps towards your health and fat loss journey, you will receive your onboarding package once payment is secured. This includes getting set up with your app, progress photos and metrics, and the first phase of your nutritional strategy.

For years, I believed that if I just tried harder, I’d finally feel confident in my body. I’ve struggled with weight loss, with restriction, with constantly thinking about food. Tying my self-worth to how I looked in the mirror. I’ve done the extremes, under-eating, over-exercising. Starting over every Monday. Every time I “fell off,” I blamed myself, but the truth was never that I lacked discipline. The problem was the approach. No one taught me how to eat in a way that supported my metabolism, my hormones, my energy and my real life. No one taught me that sustainable results come from structure, not restriction. Once I stopped chasing extremes and started focusing on nourishment, strength, and consistency, everything changed. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But sustainably. I built a body I feel strong in. I built habits I can maintain.
Most importantly I created a positive mindset with food and with myself.


My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every woman has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
Women in their late 20s, 30s and 40s who want to lose body fat but struggle with dieting. Many are going through a life transition (new job, marriage, kids, perimenopause) and feel like their body has changed on them.
I don't just give you a meal plan and workout program and disappear. I'm a collaborative coach. I work with you where you're at. I dive deep into your nutritional and lifestyle habits. I'm in the process with you. I'm helping you overcome your barriers. I'll provide solutions to problems you can't seem to fix. Most importantly, I'll give you the tools you need to change your life. But it's up to you to use them accordingly.
It depends on your goals and where you're starting from. Every woman is different, so we'll figure out what makes sense for you on your discovery call.
In the first phase of your program we won't be using a meal plan. When we both decide it's the right time to move onto the second phase of your program, a nutritional strategy will be implemented (I don't like using the word meal plan). The strategy will consist of foods and meals you're already eating in your day to day life. You will also be given free meals (untracked) meals to eat whatever you would like that's not part of the nutritional strategy.
Nope! We come up with a movement and exercise plan that is made specifically for your life, with or without a gym membership. If you’re already going to the gym, great! If not, we talk about different options such as home workouts or other forms of activity that you enjoy. Movement and strength training is super important especially for metabolic health so there will be some form of exercise implemented.
Depending on your goals and what you’re looking to achieve, the length of your program will vary and so will your cost. If you pay in full at the beginning of your program, no tax will be implemented and you’ll receive a free month of coaching.
